Hello & Welcome,
I am Leonard Marshall and I have over 30 years of experience managing businesses and providing behavioral health services. As a business owner, my goal is to provide solutions that promote business growth. As a Licensed Professional Counselor my goal is to utilize evidence-based counseling practices to yield results for clients who are struggling with addiction and mental health. My objective is to provide individualized services that enhance the client’s awareness and knowledge of growth. My passion is to support clients by collaborating with them to resolve problems and find solutions for growth. I believe that building and maintaining trusting relationships provides the ultimate advantage to life solutions. My office is handicapped accessible. It has a private entrance with a private waiting area. My office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm. Saturday, Sunday, and late evenings are by appointments only.

Our Founder
Leonard Marshall has over 30 years of experience in working with Health and Human Service Organizations; State and Federal Regulations with respect to program development and/or implementation; managerial experience at the State and local level as well as, contract and/or grant management.
He has excellent analytical and communication skills and easily establishes rapport with individuals of various background, cultures, and professional levels. His experience ranges from small (25 employees) to large organizations (over 200 employees). Clients comment that his experience, professionalism and engaging personality contribute to Madison & Marshall’s success in helping individuals and organizations.
Leonard Marshall is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Co-Owner of Resource Education Center and a Certified Instructor for First Aid/CPR/AED, DWI/DWI Intervention and the Texas Drug Offender Education Program.
