If you have insurance and would like to see if our office accepts your insurance provider, please provide your date of birth, member ID card, insurance company’s name, and the phone number on the back of insurance card in the message section at the time you send your email to us. This will help our Insurance Billing Specialist verify your insurance. If we accept your insurance we will contact you to schedule your first appointment.

Coming from the Beltway take I-10 West
Exit Hwy 6 and make a right onto Hwy 6 North

Coming from Katy, Texas take I-10 East,
Exit Hwy 6 and make a left onto Hwy 6 North

Coming from 290 or 1960 exit Hwy 6 South
Travel approximately five to six miles; pass Keith Harrow
